More than three nights stay If there is a cancellation 10 days or more before the date of arrival, we will refund the full amout paid except for the tranfer cost. If the cancellation is between the 9th and 5th day before the arrival date a penalty of 20% of the amout paid will be applied. If the cancellation is on or after the 4th day before the arrival date, a penalty of 40% of the amout paid will be applied. If the guest does not arrive on the arrival date, the booking will be held for the following 12 hours after which the reservation will be cancelled and a penalty of 100% of the full amout paid will be applied. On the date of arrival the full amout of the holiday has to be paid,after which no refund will be considered	Three nights stay If the cancellation is 7 days or more before the date of arrival, we will refund the full amout paid except for the transfer cost. If the cancellation is after the on the 6th day before the arrival date, the cost of one night will be applied. If the guest does not arrive on the arrival date, the booking will be held for the following 12 hours after which the reservation will be cancelled and a penalty of 100% of the full amout paid will be applied On the date of arrival the full amout of the holiday has to be paid,after which no refund will be considered.
If the arrival and departure times are not adhered to the cost of one night will be applied.	The payment of accommodation is made in the entirety of the sum agreed on the day of entry into the room and can not be refunded for any reason.
